Thank you for the shrimps. When it came in the box was damaged. A box in the ship truck exploded due to the heat. Just about crush these guys. Luckily they are safe. They seem to be happy I hope every one will be happy
They all three came healthy and happy, only thing that had me confused was that they came in the same bag as my shrimp as well. Lucky for me they were both going to the same tank.
UPS Did and didn't do their job. I was never notified of shipping. But I caught it. And made sure to get them as soon as they got here. All but 1 of them seem healthy and fine. But is slowly getting more active. I'm gonna keep an eye on them all as per should. Support is on point jus gotta give him time. I had 2 orders and i was able to get Swapped 4 shrimp for 3 extra panda corys. 😊 Great service and would recommend as this time. My little friend now has 9 other buddies. Panda Cory all arrive happy and healthy and they look great. Shrimp arrived some dead, the rest very stressed and then died over the next few days. Same package so it was not the shipping.

They arrived in perfect condition and acclimated beautifully. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but when I reached out for an update, they explained they were experiencing a heat wave and wanted to wait until temperatures were safe for the fish and shrimp before shipping. I truly appreciated their honesty and willingness to prioritize the health of the animals over getting the order out quickly. It speaks volumes about how much they care about their livestock and their customers. I would absolutely order from them again!

This was my first time ever ordering live anything online. I would for sure order from these guys again. UPS messed up on shipping, so I was a bit worried about what the state of the little pandas would be. They were packaged really good and all were alive. They were cold, but that is 100% on UPS. Using drip acclimation, they all made it and are swimming happy!

I must admit I was skeptical about getting fish through the mail, but I’m happy to say everyone I’ve ordered has arrived safely and are doing great. In addition to the Cory fish, I’ve also gotten a red and a yellow Pleco. They acclimated to the tank quickly and are very active. With all the craziness going on, I try to sit by my tank for a while each evening to de stress and watching these little guys makes my day. Thank you.
