Wonderful Amano shrimp. They are beautiful, energetic, good size and with quite a few extras. Great packaging, all but one arrived safely and in excellent shape. This is my second order and the first one was even better. Very pleased with the whole experience.
Great selection of skittles! I got the breeding pack of 10. It will be great to isolate colors as the generations come. I had to contact customer service for an issue, it took a couple days in between but they were kind and informative and we got it resolved!

I love this store. I love their policies. I wish they'd answer the phone more often I think their ratings would be much better. You guys have excellent quality shrimp. Neocardina, blue dream. Their eyes are even white. I can't tell you how happy I am. And I already have some babies shrimplets I wish I had more aquariums. If you ever have a big sale, let me know. I'll buy an aquarium. I ordered 20 shrimp at first and only received half, but I filled out the DOA form they fulfilled the rest of my order and gave me 9 extra! 1 was dead but the rest are all healthy!

I ordered 10 Cherry Neocaridina and received 17! I have had no losses and I already have shrimplets. They have been in tank 1 week, and are feasting. I had an established algae pasture ready for them. I drip acclimated for 2 hours before transfer, and they are confident lively shrimp 😊 Shipment arrived on time and nicely packaged.
They were perfect!!
Delivery was delayed by USPS for a day in very warm weather, so I was worried. But out of 10 in the order, there were 11 alive, 2 DOA, so I was relieved. Hatchlings appeared a few days later. I'll give them a few weeks in this new environment, and if all goes well, I plan to order more.

Bought Skittles Breeder pack healthy from start no sick & no doa. Been almost two weeks now. Very healthy & happy live harmoniously with my mystery snails . Added pics not greatest, as I have soft water and added Argonite substrate for calcium and hard water boost to my well water so still very cloudy. But could not be happier..Thank you ..Really very pleased with health their growth & color types included in this breeder pack ..so cute & amazing as they grow now healthy long antennas & swim all over the tank. Will be buying more.. with growth now colors & Rili patterns are more distinct ..hope you can see on pics.

USPS took a bit long to deliver, but they seemed OK, albeit a bit stressed upon arrival. All seemed alive but were non- active for about 5 days. Had to turn them back over a few times as they would be upside down in tanks. My first experience with snails via mail, so did not realize they sometimes just sit for a spell up to 7 days before deciding to get working, and they certainly have. Nice patterns and unique looking shells. Good purchase experience.
I ordered 10 shrimp and got about 20 shrimp. All different colors. They are thriving and so much fun to watch.

Though it was a bit more expensive than last time I remember, I did appreciate the fact that I received over 20 shrimp still alive; I had ordered 10. Last time I had ordered 10, I only received 6 alive but then I was given 12 more as compensation a month later. I think I prefer this new approach.

My shrimp arrived nice and healthy. After a 2 hour acclimation and using a TDS monitor the shrimp immediately started grazing and exploring their new home. After 2 weeks I already have several berried females. This company is definitely a AAA+ company. Top notch customer service along with most beautiful shrimp I have ever seen
All shrimp came in alive and in good Shape. I can't count them all at the same time, but I have not found any dead ones and it has been a couple of weeks!! Good Jobs and next month I will be ordering The yellow breeder pack!!

Ordered the 10 fire red breeder pack, got 12, one was DOA. However two females were berried! They have already given birth and I now have tiny shrimplets! If you want to start a colony, this is the place to order from!
