These are a relatively new shrimp to the hobby and I am unaware if they breed true, as far as I know they dont. You will most likely have to cull babies that don't have the exact tone of blue and red you like. It will take a few more years for them to be true. So far, so good! They moved into their new home yesterday after quarantine. I lost two, but the rest of my Blue Razz shrimp are doing great.
First off, I was totally stoked to see that you sent eight of them instead of five but 4 of them died within a few days even though I did a drip acclimation over a 3 hour period. My parameters are good on my tank, temp is steady 74, ammonia is 0, nitrites- 0 ppm and nitrates are 15 ppm and the tank was fully cycled for 2 months prior to adding them. I haven’t seen them really take on that blue yet and still seems to be red and white still. Hopefully they will settle in more sooner and show that blue too.
They were shipped faster than I expected! They look healthy and I am super pleased! Like others have shared, the blue is not very vibrant like the picture. I will be purchasing again, thank you for the good first experience!

Overall these shrimp are really nice and they seem healthy. I am pleased with them and would likely order again, however there is an issue with coloring. Cons: Blue is not very vibrant. If you are expecting your shrimp to be vibrant blue and red like the picture, you are likely to be disappointed. I ordered a breeder pack, and received 8 red and blue rilis, one regular red rili, and one blue shrimp. The red blue rilis are vibrant red, but the blue is washed out to the point that I can't see it when they are in my aquarium. That is with an RGB full spectrum light. I waited 3 weeks to see if they would adjust and color up as they got more comfortable. They are out and about often now, but don't seem any more blue than before. Pros: They seem very healthy. A different shrimp order in this same package had a DOA, but all the cherry shrimp were healthy and the other shrimp did not seem stressed. I had two cherry shrimp die after drip acclimating them for several hours. I expected one or two shrimp to die as they were shipped across the country and the water parameters are likely to be very different. Also, one of the deaths was my fault, as the shrimp jumped out of my net into cold water and I could not get it back out right way. I'm pretty sure it died of cold shock later that night. The other shrimp looked like a failed molt a few days later. I decided to hold off on reaching out about the deaths and miscolored shrimp as I was overall pleased with the numbers and I received two berried females and wanted to see how that would pan out. I can say that as of today I have at least 10 baby rili shrimp the size of a grain of rice, so the females were healthy enough to withstand the shipping and adjustment phase while carrying eggs.

6 stars if I could! I ordered the breeders pack expecting only 10 shrimp, as it's advertised. I ended up receiving 14 alongside my 2 Pom Pom crabs. All arrived alive from Michigan to California with great packaging protecting them. 2 however were not the same color, one was translucent as another one was fully red, but that left me with 12 of the Blue razz shrimps, more than I was expecting and bought. would definitely buy from here again!

I got sent a batch of the breeding pack blue razz and unfortunately due to inclement weather only four of them made it to Oregon alive, but within a week the proprietor made everything right and he picked me out some of the most vibrant bluish looking shrimp you could find including some excellent females and replaced the six shrimp within three days of getting my message. I'm pleased just punch and I couldn't recommend this establishment more!

Very happy with the speed if delivery, they also sent 2 extra incase of DOA which I didn't experience and I live in S Florida. They're all seem healthy. Would rate 5 stars if even just 1 shrimp had coloration like the pictures shown online. Most are very dull colored with no noticeable blue. Now I know what to expect next time..but I will buy from them again 👍
The shrimps arrived in perfect health and packaging. Just drip acclimated them to my tank. And now there is happy as can be and they even received one with some more shrimps on the way could not be happier.
The nightmare happened to me, my shrimp were severely delayed in transit. Absolutely no fault of the shop, responsive in emails, and incredibly hardy little shrimp! I'm talking well over a week delay in transit and they're perfect. All alive, even one more than I ordered. Cannot rave enough, fantastic shrimp!

This is my first time ordering definitely will order more later on! They are really unique and small
He's tiny but cute. I also got 8 Galaxy Rasboras (received 12, I think lol), 8 Chili Rasbora's (1 arrived dead, one is about to die, but with those two I only count 7?), 20 Skittles Pack (too many to try and count, 1 orange was dead on arrival and one is floating on it's back in the tank), 1 Green Rili Shrimp, 1 Green Jade Shrimp (which I haven't found yet), and 1 Blue Red Rili Shrimp (received 2). I will say that I got a huge Blue Shrimp which my son was super pleased with lol. Colors are very light, I almost couldn't tell they were Blue Red Rili. But I am sure they will darken up once they've settled in.

We ordered these guys hoping for a bit more depth to their color but still love them! They arrived healthy and were honestly larger than expected so that was a nice surprise.

All my shrimp got here healthy and they look good. I will say that they are not anywhere close to the coloring showed in the photo. They have a slight blue tent but they’re basically red rilli, not really worth the extra 5 or so bucks for pretty much the same shrimp. I’m happy I have them and they are pretty, but they are kinda falsely advertised lol

I wouldn't say they're "blue" as they are just slightly blue and are more of a red rili shrimp to me. But overall, they are healthy and are all alive.
