Ordered 5 green jades as well as 15 other neocaridinas. They all made it safely and arrived a day early which is great. They’re thriving in my tank. HOWEVER I wish they were lighter variations like shown in the pictures. Mine are almost pitch black, but I still love them

Great delivery and marking of the box! I love that the box was properly insulated as I am in a colder state. Out of 6 shrimp, 3 arrived alive.. but to be expected in the cooler weather. Only ranked 4 stars due to the coloration being quite different. One was almost a blue, the other green and the last big guy was almost a black.
Shrimps arrived alive and well! They were initially very dark but once they adjusted and got comfortable their green started to come out. Love these little guys! Will be purchasing again!

This shrimp is not as green as I imagined but still very beautiful. This one stays in the hide most of the time but when it comes out it is very fun.
Overall a good experience and I would order from them again. I had a small delay in the shipping but the customer service was very responsive and shipped my order as soon as they were made aware. I had a few DOAs (probably the fault of USPS. That box came in ROUGH.) but I was sent extra shrimp so I ended up with one extra. They’ve done great their first day, and I am a complete beginner with shrimp. :)
Great shrimp. First order came in mangled up due to weather and carrier issues. Batch of replacement shrimp came in very healthy. Great costumer service when emailing vendor and was quickly ro get it handled.
Most of these are blue dream shrimp, I was hoping to get a little more of the green jade ones. Overall great shipping all of them came alive!
Ordered the breeder pack on 5 different colored shrimp and a double breeder on orange. There was many extra shrimp in the package but with the cold whether many had died in transit. Overall though I ended up with about how many shrimp I paid for. Would recommend buying from this seller. But check your wether :) Thank you again for the shrimps :-)

These ones were tough! I bought them alongside some chocolate shrimp and for the first week or so could not tell the difference between the two in any lighting-they were so dark! Now their green is definitely a lot easier to spot and I can even catch a little bit of an orange tint near their backs in a way that makes them kind of look like a ripening pumpkin. Overall very happy and healthy and lovely, just not necessarily as bright as their photos say!

These ones like to hide! There seems to be a lot of variation in coloring. If you look closely in the tree stump you will see a bright green shrimp. We have a couple that are darker. We received big and small ones. All healthy at arrival.
Green jade shrimp aren't as green as advertised and they came in clumped up and holding on to life. They were delivered very late (took a week instaid of the 2-3 days promised) the bag was leaking and very warm. Poor babies. Didn't even get all 4 green jade, but somehow got 2 extra of the skittle mix of 20. One is bearing eggs tho so thank you for that it does give us hope that we'll have more than the 4 we ordered. We hope they are ok in their new home tank with their mates (guppies and older shrimp mates)

This is my second order from this seller. All the shrimp were healthy and active. I even got extras!
Overall, I’m fairly pleased with the end result. This was definitely my most stressful time ordering from Shrimp Up though. It should be noted(because the sellers pictures don’t clearly denote it) that unlike the other colors, there’s not a good standard of color with the green jades from this seller. Half are a stunning peacock color, one is a translucent light green, a couple are so dark they look black. I ordered the green jade breeder pack and instead received a dozen cherry shrimp. I immediately emailed and they responded apologized and said that they would send out my correct order. I never received a shipping notice or any transit updates the following Monday. I patiently waited until Wednesday and emailed customer service. A day later they responded that my order had shipped out Monday.Because I had no tracking info, I immediately drove(almost an hour) that night to the post office to check my package locker figuring they had been sitting there for a day! They had not arrived yet. First thing Friday I called the post office and they had just arrived after 4 days in transit:( If I had received tracking info I could’ve adjusted my schedule accordingly, but I had to work 2 hours away that day, so I had to drive an hour to the post office and back, barely have time to acclimate them and run out the door to drive 2 hours to the job. It was stressful! I might order from them again, but I dont think it should be the customers job to constantly be on them to get the order right and to check on the tracking. I expect a more professional and on top of things approach from the seller of living animals. But I gave 4 stars because all the shrimp arrived healthy despite 4 days in transit and I ended up with some free shrimp because of the first shipping mistake(though half of the first batch died a day later).
