I received 9 orange shrimp, instead of 10 yellow shrimp. I have followed up multiple times, as well as submitted two forms, and am still just waiting on a resolution from your team.

I have been saving up my money to purchase myself neocaranida shrimp for a while. I was super excited when making my purchase as I have done research on this shop before and it seemed like a good business with tons of reviews raving in positivity. I purchased yellow neocaridnia breeder pack… just to only receive three yellow shrimp:((((( of which only one appears to be female. There is also five orange shrimp, one of which came dead paired with one random female cherry red shrimp. not only did I receive less than the amount of shrimp than I paid for, but i also only received three of the color i specifically purchased. now, in the case of my amano shrimp I am extremely happy, although they are a tad bit Younger and smaller than I expected, but nonetheless are the shrimp i purchased! they were all packaged together, and the bag was leaking so I was worried that if they had stayed in transit for the extra day, that they would’ve lost too much water and died. now, in the case of my pygmy corrys,I am absolutely satisfied and over the moon with my purchase, they appear to all be in great health and I received one more than I purchased. overall, I would rate my experience purchasing from here a 4/10 and i will not be purchasing from here again, I will also warn my group of aquatic enthusiast friends to avoid buying any shrimp from here.
Arrived alive and well
All of my shrimp arrived intact and alive (+1 odd colored shrimp). I will buy from them again.
Deep coloration, beautiful! The only downside is that all 5 shrimps are male.

Quality of the shrimp seem good. However, I wished I had known that multiple types of shrimps in my order would be bagged together. It's frustrating to try and separate them out as I keep the different types in their own tanks. So my golden backs were packed with a skittles pack and approx 7 shrimp were DOA. Looking like they had been squished almost. Other reviews talked about having a couple extra in their orders, I did not have such luck.
Bright and really robust, healthy critters
So far, so good. Ordered a breeder pack. Got 10. 2 died in transit so I have 8 in the tank. A bit fewer than I was hoping but they seem to be happy. Saw some molts today hope to have babies at some point.
This is my second time ordering. I previously ordered a 5 pack of skittles, and they are doing great, so I wanted to add to my colony. I ordered the breeder pack of golden backs. I received exactly 10 shrimp, and they arrived really quick and all of them were alive. They have been in my tank for two weeks and are thriving. When I first saw them in the shipping bag, I was a bit disappointed because they looked dull and I was hoping for brighter colors, but once they got in my tank under the light, they brightened up and are beautiful. Very very happy with both my orders from Shimp Up Aquatics!

Ordered 10 shrimp and got 16! At least two were pregnant, One of the pregnant ones passed away after a couple days, but that is pretty common with the stress levels. They were a little pale when they shipped, but as they grew up, their colors have brightened up and they are starting to breed. Will be buying again

Ordered 10 shrimp, the store shipped 17 and only 1 didn't make it. A couple days later noticed a tiny baby shrimp in my tank.

I just received my shrimp a couple of weeks ago and I already have baby shrimp. Just saw 4 of them today. They're so cute! All of my shrimp arrived alive. A couple died after putting them in the water, but the remaining ones are thriving. I can't wait to see the babies grow up! I will definitely order again!
I had a great experience ordering from this company the shrimps are healthy and beautiful. When i ordered a seco d time 2 of the shrimps were dead i submitted pictures and just 2 weeks after i received more shrimps to replace the ones that were dead at arrival.
I ordered the breeder pack of Yellow Golden back shrimp. It was supposed to be 10, but they must have shipped 20! Good thing because they were dying fast when they got here, but after counting the losses and some adjustment losses, I have 10 healthy shrimp in my tank. Unfortunately, it was mostly females that died, so I think I have 8 males and only two females now, but maybe they'll multiply in a few months. I wouldn't hestitate to order again, I would just always pay for the fastest shipping. Wish they had a FedEx overnight option like some of my other stores I order from online. All in all, a good experience and beautiful shrimp.
I'm not sure which shrimp had babies in transit but they arrived with babies galore. Everyone appeared healthy. I ordered 5 yellow, 5 red, and 5 orange. Ended up with 3 orange, some dead bits looked to be in the package but overall very happy with my order.
Shipping was 2 days faster than expected. Customer service has been easy and wonderful to work with. After a 1hr drip acclimation the shrimps are happy and adjusting perfectly! Beautiful and vibrant colors (unlike what the others guy sent me) 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely beautiful shrimp. Beautifully packed, and a lovely size (and all of them survived the bumpy journey!). They’re settling into the aquarium well and some are already eating! These are truly superb specimens!
Good looking shrimp
When the box was delivered it was soaking wet, smashed, and busted open on the side. Packing material was spilling out. I expected to find a popped bag with no water and dead shrimp. To my surprise, the double bagged shrimp were just fine. I acclimated them to the tank and released them. A couple females were already holding a bunch of eggs under their tails. Even though the carrier seemed to try to kill them, they all survived and are doing just fine.
Completely satisfied with our order. Shrimp up took good care to replace my missing shrimp I ordered 20 received 18. To my surprise they sent out four for the two that was missing. All my shrimp are brightly colored I have at least one berried already. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.
Love my yellow golden back! The initial shipment had 5 DOA from the breeder pack that we had and the replacement 5 arrived all alive! They are really active! Can’t wait to see them breed!

Love love love my shrildren. Although five out of the ten I ordered died in shipping, Sheimp Up Aquatics were super accommodating and refunded me for the dead on arrival shrimp. They said I could get more for free or a refund but I passed on the free shrimp and accepted the refund. The ones that did live are the strongest bunch. So bright. So lovely. So shrimpy.
