Shrimp arrived safe and the package was excellent, all my 20 shrimps are alive and happy, definitely going to order more from this place, I highly recommend, if you need beautiful and live and happy shrimps please order from this place and you be happy too.

I dont know how to feel about this order... I ordered a 10 skittles pack. I recieved a large variety and the ones that are alive are doing well.(so far) I even recieved extra shrimp. But the ine shrimp that was pregnant is dead. There's two other half eaten bodies in here... So I recieved 13 alive shrimp and 3 dead ones.(looking at their DOA policy it seems they really dont care as long as you got at least the amount you ordered alive. The water quality in this bag is putrid. As soon as I opened the bag it smelled aweful. I had to add some seachem prime to nueatralize the amonia build up in here. Im mixed. I love the variety and the healthy ones are happy. But seeing a pregnant shrimp with a clutch of eggs getting canabalized in putrid water really ruined what was two months of excitement. From cycling to waiting. I ordered here from seeing them on instagram but it will be the last time I order from them. They didnt even include a cold pack and its freaking summer time in california did you even bother to look that up? I dont know did I get what I paid for 10 shrimp and a little extra yes! Did I want to toss out a dead pregnant shrimp and have to detoxify their water immediately and inspect each one whole being sad? No no I really didnt. And all their videos are live on arrival with people happily putting them in the tank. My experience was a somber sad and disappointed one with a small amount of excitement thats left. Luckily this wasnt enough to completely ruin my excitement. But honestly this sucked and reading in tje policy if you have more than you order. "DO NOT CONTACT US" IN LITERALLY all caps just like that really comes off as. You got what you wanted now eff off energy. 3 stars seemed fair because I did get a good amount. But if I wasnt a nice person I could easily have left 2 star and not felt bad about it. You guys need to do better.

Part of the water in the box, 3 dead shrimp on Arrival 2 more die some hours later, most shrimps are clear looking.

I ordered the breeder pack and I only received 7 shrimp. I was very disappointed with my purchase online. It looked like it would be a good deal. The shrimp were nice, but there was not as many as there should have been
Give me a refund or send the replacement. I was.yild.by a.man that customer care.team.would.handle.in 1 to 2 days or he would handle personally. I still haven't heard. Check many emails. You automated email.back.is.really.iritaying. I want a real live person to handle this immediately!

My shrimp package arrived with two dead. Then another died even though the water parameters are spot on. Worried about introducing these to my tanks and I was hoping for ones that would survive the travel at the least. I messaged you, the seller and only got a automated received message and then silence. I was hoping to save by ordering on this website to have a shrimp species only tank but I’m wary about the ones I have and it seems like I would be better off shopping a local store for better survival rates, even though it costs more. Hardly worth waiting for.

i got 10 pack of skittles shrimp and it came with 11! sadly one did pass the next day but the other 10 i’ve had for almost a week now and they’re all doing fine i loveee them!
They are doing fantastic! All arrived alive, including the extra ones.
I had started to think they weren’t going to arrive. I had my confirmation number from my order but no communication until they were actually going to ship. I was so excited! I received the notification when they were delivered. I was worried because they did not come to my door. They were delivered to a parcel box. I was unable to get into it for about 30 minutes, it jammed. It is extremely hot here in Texas. I finally got them from the parcel box and brought them home. They were not roasted Thank Goodness. The packaging they were in was a bit warm but not HOT. A few didn’t make it but the ones that did are thriving and I love watching them!!! I only recieved one very pretty shade of dark blue. Stunning!!!! I am new to this hobby but believe one has eggs. Can’t wait to see what happens! I WILL definitely be ordering more when I am able to. They were definitely worth the wait! Wish I had better pictures to share.

My original order came with the box smashed and all the shrimp dead I was very glad that they were able to send me replacement shrimp. I ended up receiving 14 shrimp 2 were dead and 2 died after being acclimated to the tank. I would say that’s a pretty successful after shipping a long way. The shrimp seem healthy and most have already molted and began to grow! They are such great colors I especially love the green and bright red shrimp! I appreciate the seller working with me and helping to resolve my issue. I definitely will be buying more shrimp in the future!
This is the second time ordering with you all. Shipping seemed to be delayed some and I tried to get status mainly to make sure we were around when it got delivered as it was really hot out. Two emails went unreturned then finally shipping updates came through the Shop app. All shrimp came alive and healthy! We got several just white shrimp and a few others . Was hoping for a little more variety but over all happy with the experience .
Ordered the breeder pack. Sadly, it got stuck for a few extra days in transit. The little buddies arrived almost colorless and not really moving. Happy-ish to report after a slow transition and some rest, four survived. Fingers crossed they can still create a lovely little colony!

They showed up looking healthy. Only complaint is I didn’t get much of a variety. I order 5 shrimp and got 3 red 3 white 1 blue So I did get extra shrimp just wish I got more color

Very happy with the shrimp but the shipping took 2 weeks. But other than that im bery happy they showed up alive and very active. And are doing good. I want to start a breader tank. So I'll be getting more

Came great, healthy! 13 instead of 10. But sadly only 12 have lived. As you can see in this video two smaller ones attacked a bigger red and killed him before adding. So devastating to watch. But they have been doing well since then. Will get more.

I bought both a breeder pack and a 20 pack wanting to test which option was better, of course every experience will be different for anyone, but of the breeder pack had five dead, and the other ones lethargic when they arrived and two more died after a few minutes before I could get a drip acclimation container set up, perhaps it was because there was a hole in the bag? The bottom of the bag and box were pretty wet. Only one died in the 20 pack, so in total I have 22. On a good note they are all fine now and grazing, a few weeks later and not another one has died. They are not skittish at all and will come up to the glass without an issue.

Received 17 in my breeder package! Sadly 3 were dead, but the rest appear to be in great shape and doing great!
