Honestly these guys do a great job. I ordered before Christmas not thinking and these guys cared to hold the shipment till they could ensure the mail made it. This may upset some but I feel it shows their quality and commitment. Overall this is my second order of blue shadows and out of 10 only 1 shipped dead. They have been quick to reply and care. The shrimp showed up alive and healthy. I feel i lost one of 5 but the others seem to have adapted and colored up well. One of them showed up white when it came making me think I got a normal panda but it colored right up. Great shrimp.
