I ordered 10 Crystal red shrimp and I actually received black crystal shrimp instead. Only 2 were red crystal shrimp but the rest was black crystal shrimp.

Fast shipping even though was told it would take about a week to receive my shrimp and crab order. Delivery from order to arrival only took 3 days!! My shrimp and crab seem healthy right now. Love their lively/busy natures since adding them to their forever home.
Really beautiful shrimp! They arrived very thoughtfully packaged, however I ordered 5 and only 3 arrived alive. I had already gotten them out of the bag after I read the DOA policy so I did not reach out for replacement. Aside from this I am pleased with the purchase!
Shipping had some hiccups but shrimp arrived all alive despite sitting in a semi truck trailer for a week with pretty cold late October temps. Shrimp alive and have great colors.

Half were DOA, others good- my son opened the package, and so we didn’t try to use the guarantee. After having a few dead amano shrimp in my next order, I properly contacted customer service about the issue and have been happy with the service. I’ll be sure to change the rate.

Beautiful shrimp! Can’t wait to watch them grow and get bigger. I ordered 2 and they sent 3 in case one of them died and unfortunately one did not make it upon getting them but I still got my two that I ordered. Hopefully they live a long and healthy life.

Once again, completely satisfied. My only gripe beforehand was the lack of heater inside. They included a heater this time and used a lot more insulation. Shrimp arrived within two days in about 40 degree whether and all survived and were surprisingly active upon arrival...(they immediately began foraging after acclimation)
I love my new shrimp, they were just the thing I needed to add and my other shrimp are very active. They arrived perfect all alive and ready to eat.im sorry my photo isn't great but I use drift wood to keep the brown watet
I hade a mix up with my address and and it was resolved the day of when I noticed the issue. My shrimp look great, I was given an extra one I’m assuming in case of casualties which was awesome, I also got a chunk of java moss with them which was also great. Thanks shrimp aquatics!

Love these shrimp! All came alive and healthy, even got 2 extras. Drip acclimated for several hours just to be safe and here they are a few days later all very happy :)
They are just so adorable!! Note: don’t put them in same tank as a betta because it will try and eat them! But, otherwise 🤌👌
