Just got my lemon bristlenose and I'm in love. I'm actually going to order another now! I also got some shrimp and they arrived alive and spry lol. I called the company to ask a question after my order and received a voicemail explaining they were having an influx of DOA fish due to the crazy national temperatures. I was nervous to open my shipment today but all was OK! So happy with my new additions!
Everything worked out perfectly! Pleco arrived in excellent condition and is doing fine in my tank. Thank you again...
Healthy little guy
So this is my 2nd time ordering from SUA. First time, no issues(shrimp and red Pleco). This time UPS destroyed the box and disposed of it. All the shrimp, Cory’s and Pleco gone! SUA was amazing! They resent the 12 Sterbai, 5 Amano(they sent 9), 10 Cherry shrimp and 1 Blue eyed lemon Pleco. All came alive and VERY active!
Both the pleco and the shrimp arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with purchase.

The fish arrived alive and happy. They have been a wonderful addition to my tank.
The first box arrived wet and smashed. Sadly, the little guy didn't survive the journey. Kindly, I was sent a new one the next week. This box also arrived smashed, but dry. This guy is alive and well. Overall, I am pleased, but I really think they should reconsider how they package their animals.
Every tank needs at least one of these guys!
I'm in love with a pleco.
The fish and the plant took a little effort to get from the postal service as the bag was leaking and making the box bottom soaked. If I hadn't called the post office because the box wasn't delivered with my mail they were going to wait till next day or who knows what... Temps in 90's from that day after. But I did get them, someone was kind enough to deliver them even after the post office was closed and all deliveries were returned to the office. I LOVE the fish! So cute and doing a bang up job in my tank... i just wish they'd focus on the front of the tank lol. Even though mishap with post office, it happens... I'll be back!

To say I was worried about this shipment was an understatement. I read they won't ship during extreme temp days. El paso has been having heat advisories for over a week with temps hitting 108°f. So I assumed the shipment would be delayed a bit which would have been fine. It was not however and it shipped. So I was super anxious the entire time obsessively checking the weather. Cue the day of delivery and it finally arrives and my heart sinks when I see the box wrapped in a plastic bag and the box is soaked. I hurry up and open and THANKFULLY, the plecos and shrimp were still alive. However, the plecos had almost no water left as the bag was tied in a way that it was leaking. Hence the box being soaked. The poor fish only had a small corner to swim in. So I will be watching super closely to see how they do these next few days as I know they must of been extra stressed. All that to say, my only real complains are: 1) They should have delayed shipping a week or so to let the heat advisories not be an issue 2) ensured the tie on the fish bag was extra good so that it did not leak. The fish could have died and may still honestly. Pros: 1) The plecos are as described and super pretty. 2) the Neocardinia are super pretty and decent sizes. I ordered the Christmas pack, chocolates, and blue dreams (breeder pack). They are all lively and bright in colors. 3) I highly appreciate that the shrimps shipped with moss to help them not bounce around everywhere. All in all, minus the anxiety of the heat and seeing a soaked box, I would likely buy again. Hence 4 out of 5 stars. Hopefully the fish do okay and did not get too stressed being almost all the water leaked. But, they are alive. My only comment on shipping is please do quality control checks on how the bags are tied!

He's tiny but cute. I also got 8 Galaxy Rasboras (received 12, I think lol), 8 Chili Rasbora's (1 arrived dead, one is about to die, but with those two I only count 7?), 20 Skittles Pack (too many to try and count, 1 orange was dead on arrival and one is floating on it's back in the tank), 1 Green Rili Shrimp, 1 Green Jade Shrimp (which I haven't found yet), and 1 Blue Red Rili Shrimp (received 2). I will say that I got a huge Blue Shrimp which my son was super pleased with lol.
I was happy they survived the 7 day shipping. They are a bit shy of the 2 inches.
Was very little which is ok. We can watch him grow with our new shrimp. Love his coloring.

Although it took a very long time to receive, this little pleco seems very healthy. It is pretty small. Im not quite sure if it make the 2" mark.
