A Small Aquarium with Big Personality
The clear acrylic 1-gallon tank has a compact footprint of approximately 7.8 × 5.8 × 6 inches and fits easily on a desk, shelf, or countertop. The LED lid illuminates your shrimp and aquascape, while the included cholla wood, moss, leaves, and substrate help create a natural-looking habitat.
Choose Your Shrimp Quantity
Customize the bundle with the shrimp quantity you select. The tank and listed accessories are included with the kit regardless of your shrimp quantity choice. Shrimp selection depends on the options available on this product page.
Getting Your Shrimp Aquarium Started
Install the substrate, décor and filter, add appropriately conditioned water, and allow the aquarium to reach stable, shrimp-safe conditions before introducing shrimp. The pre-cycled bacteria sponge helps introduce beneficial bacteria but does not guarantee an instantly cycled tank. Verify ammonia and nitrite are zero and carefully acclimate shrimp to their new water.
Important: A 1-gallon aquarium requires conservative stocking and frequent parameter monitoring because temperature and water quality can change quickly. A larger, established aquarium is more forgiving for beginners. Never assume the aquarium is ready for live animals merely because pre-seeded media is included.
