My shrimp are very happy with these pieces of cholla wood in the tank :) they live climbing them and hiding inside. Pieces are very nice and didn't take long to absorb water and be ready to decorate.

I was surprised to get the wood from an Amazon package but I boiled it for like ten minutes and it helped make them sink faster. But I caught two of my new little shrimps chilling inside one of the pieces.

It’s cholla wood. Put it in water sinks shrimp like it. Decent sized pieces, some have moss glued to them so there’s that. Good price.
The wood is great! Be aware that it will initially float. I boiled both of the pieces I got for about 10 minutes. Just to disinfect them and help get them water logged. The one I still had to way down with a rock afterward, the other one sank a couple hours after putting it in the tank.
